A crate is one episode: notes, chapters, five titles, clips, and caption files. Free includes one episode a month and watermarked clips. Indie is four episodes. Pro is ten, plus RSS auto-processing. Pay-as-you-go is $4 an episode.

Monthly episodes do not roll over. Pay-as-you-go credits stay on the account until they are used. A failed job returns the episode or the credit.

You need the rights to the audio and video you upload. PodCrate does not claim your show. Media files are deleted after 14 days.

Demo mode is for trying the product. It does not transcribe your file. Do not treat demo output as a transcript of an upload.

Replace this page with counsel-reviewed terms before charging the public. Subscriptions, when live, are billed by Stripe and can be canceled in the customer portal.
